Dear Kid,
This is the first retreat dedicated to dissolving generational patterns.
In just five days, we support you in understanding why and how certain Topics show up in your life or seem to show up over and over again and guide you in Finally releasing or Transforming them so you can step into your power, reconnect with your true identity,
and live up to your full potential, whether again or for the very first time.
All too often, we find ourselves carrying unresolved stories from those related or close to us,
but ALSO from those who came Long before us. This is your year, and it is time to change that.
We have created a program that is not only deeply shifting,
but also joyful, fun, and uplifting.
We are collaborating with our artist friends in Accra, including Amoako Boafo’S DOT.ATELIERS,
Ghanaian diaspora ARTISTS Daniel CLARKE DZONU, SADE FROM FLOWER TALK THERAPY,
GHANA FOOD MOVEMENT and MOVEMENT COACH, Amona.
If you would like to stay with us at the ACCOMMODATION, please book OUR RETREAT TICKET WITH ACCOMMODATION as soon as possible, as only a very limited number of rooms in the retreat house are available.
BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ BELOW).
This retreat ticket includes all program sessions at the retreat accomodation, all offsite experiences, and transportation from the retreat location to each of our experiences and back. Food and beverages are provided during the outdoor experiences, including The Kids of the Diaspora’s Breakfast Club, The KOTD Sports Club guided by movement coach, Amona, as well as Tapping Sessions with the retreat leader.
Included: 3 meals a day per person and one drink per meal.
Not all inclusive, additional food and beverages at the retreat accommodation are not included. Accommodation not included.

It is designed for people traveling solo who want to feel safe and supported while being part of the retreat. A gentle way to travel alone without being alone.

The Double Ticket includes two retreat tickets and one private bedroom for shared accommodation. It is ideal for friends, besties, family members or couples who wish to experience the retreat together while sharing a private space.

The program includes Flower Therapy with Sade, a clay workshop with artist Daniel Clarke Dzonu (location to be announced), and an artist talk. Snacks and beverages are included.
The Inner Garden Party returns with a special edition hosted at Amoako Boafo’s The Writer’s Sanctuary in Ogbojo.
This intimate gathering brings together the Inner Garden Party and Suite Spot, an event series by Kids of the Diaspora, creating space for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection. Guests are guided through a sound healing journey and our Inner Ocean Experience, held within a beautifully curated and inspiring environment.
The experience includes access to the Inner Garden Party and Suite Spot, sound healing and the Inner Ocean Experience, an Artivist Talk, as well as snacks and beverages.
Please note: This ticket does not include access to the retreat and does not provide transport service.
The program includes a KOTD Workshop with the Waterfall Technique, a tour through Dot.ateliers, an artist talk, and a tennis class at BYCC.

We are inviting you to a customised food and spice workshop at the Ghana Food Movement Hub in Accra, hosted by Ghana Food Movement.
This experience centres food as culture and memory, with space to taste, learn, and share. The evening flows into a relaxed dinner and cocktails, bringing everyone together around the table.
Dinner and three drinks are included.
