Dear Kid,
This is the first retreat dedicated to dissolving generational patterns.
In just five days, we support you in understanding why and how certain topics show up in your life or seem to show up over and over again and guide you in finally releasing or transforming them so you can step into your power, reconnect with your true identity,
and live up to your full potential, whether again or for the very first time.
All too often, we find ourselves carrying unresolved stories from those related or close to us,
but also from those who came long before us. This is your year, and it is time to change that.
We have created a program that is not only deeply shifting,
but also joyful, fun, and uplifting.
We are collaborating with our artist friends in Accra, including Amoako Boafo’s DOT.ATELIERS,
Ghanaian diaspora artists Daniel Dzonu Clarke, Sade Coker from the Flowertalk Therapy,
Lydia from GHANA FOOD MOVEMENT and Amona V.
If you would like to stay with us at the accommodation, please book your Retreat Ticket with Accommodation as soon as possible, as only a very limited number of rooms in the retreat house are available.
BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ BELOW).

KOTD Inner Workshops offer deep insights into the unconscious, with gentle ways to meet your inner child through writing, painting and guided reflection.
INNER WORKSHOPS
In deep resonance with sound healer Cherrelle Olukemi as vibrations soften the nervous system, sound releases stored emotion
and restores inner balance.
SOUND HEALING
This workshop is guided by artist Daniel D. Clarke. His work deconstructs everyday passing moments, reconfiguring them into static compositions that retain a sensorial rhythm and movement. Weaving together the sharper geometries of his home city, London, with the fluid forms of Ghana, the land of his heritage, his work builds dreamscapes; reflections of a world that exists only in his imagination.
CLAY WORKSHOP
Dot.ateliers Tour: a guided visit through Amoako Boafo’s art institute in Accra and the serene Writer’s Sanctuary in Ogbojo.
DOT.ATELIERS TOUR
Guided imaginative journeys that gently move beyond the thinking mind, entering deeper parts of your true self and working with insights and symbols rising from the unconscious,
held with care and safety.
IMAGINATIVE JOURNEYS
Let your senses go beyond the known in a floral and herbal workshop with therapist Sade Coker, blending vast plant wisdom
to soothe the holistic system.
FLORAL AND HERBAL WORKSHOP
The curated workouts are rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom — and that through dance and kemetic yoga we can open new inner and outer pathways, gently reinvent ourselves and discover new ways of being in the world.
WORKOUTS
Slow down and soften with a grounding tapping session led by Cherrelle Olukemi, gently regulating the nervous system and resolving generational patters.
TAPPING SESSION
A deep inner journey revealing how the shadow self works, helps finding resources that bring clarity.
SHADOW WORK & LIGHT WORK
